In addition to traditional cuts of meat, we also offer a variety of specialty products such as smoked meats, sous-vide meals, house-made bratwurst, sausages, snack sticks, jerky, whole smoked hogs, charcuterie grazing tables and so much more. We are always experimenting with new recipes and flavors to offer our customers something healthy and unique.

In addition to slaughter, we offer a variety of unique smoked, fully cooked, and sous-vide meals that are perfectly cooked, easy to heat, and ready in minutes!  Offered in beef, pork, and chicken there is no easier way to feed yourself, your family, a crowd, or stock your business!
